MILK/COCONUT OIL CLASS HIGHLIGHTS

If you miss last night's stake provident living class, you definitely missed out! We had a great evening filled with amazing information and yummy food!      Some of the things we learned how to make are: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, buttermilk, whip cream, yogurt, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, harder cheeses, sour cream, whey, magic mix for cream soups or alfredo sauce, and coconut face or body cream.    Some of the delicious foods we tasted: salad with homemade ranch dressing, lasagna with homemade ricotta cheese, homemade tootsie rolls, Lion House rolls made with powdered milk, cheesecake with homemade cream cheese, 7-Layer Bars with homemade sweetened condensed milk, homemade whipped cream, popcorn popped with coconut oil and hot chocolate from the LDS Home Storage Center.   But don't worry if you couldn't make it to the class. We've got all of the tips and recipes for you right HERE . Enjoy!
