Emergencies happen. We don't need to be afraid or panic when they happen if we are prepared or at least doing all we can to try to be prepared. President Spencer W. Kimball taught that we must be “anxiously engaged in a positive program of preparation.” It is not enough to hope for the best; we must prepare for it.
